Shacman recently launched the Delong M5000E 4×2 electric cargo truck, a flagship model tailored for the express logistics and inter-provincial trunk transportation markets. Equipped with a 330kWh Weichai large-capacity lithium iron phosphate battery pack, the model achieves a theoretical range of about 400km (from SOC 100% to 20%) with a comprehensive power consumption of ≤0.65kWh/km, fully meeting the needs of most inter-provincial trunk and inter-city express transportation. Its dual-gun 500A fast charging technology greatly shortens the energy supplement time, effectively improving vehicle attendance rate.

In terms of power performance, the Delong M5000E adopts a Handes integrated electric drive axle with a peak motor power of 230kW, providing strong power for starting, overtaking and climbing short steep slopes, while its 130kW rated power ensures continuous power output. The standard Handes oil-cooled two-speed electric drive axle is more suitable for express scenarios dominated by high-speed driving, with a system efficiency of 94% that directly translates into lower power consumption during long-distance transportation, bringing significant cost savings to logistics customers.

Shacman is accelerating its overseas ecological expansion through Deyin Tianxia, its sole overseas listed platform and core carrier for global strategy. Deyin Tianxia has built a closed-loop system of “capacity platform + battery asset management + charging and swapping network + full-chain services”, and has reached a strategic cooperation with Indonesia’s Yongqing Group to provide digital capacity management for Morowali Industrial Park, creating a benchmark for new energy smart logistics in Southeast Asia. Shacman’s products now cover more than 140 countries and regions, with a cumulative overseas ownership exceeding 360,000 units.

Shacman’s latest moves align with the 2026 industry trends. Electric cargo trucks have become the core focus of the express industry’s electrification transformation, with major manufacturers launching competitive models to seize the market. Industry data shows that Shacman’s new energy product sales increased by 192.15% year-on-year in the first two months of 2026, driven by strong demand in urban logistics, ports and other scenarios. Meanwhile, the industry is shifting from single product export to full industrial chain ecological output, with intelligent and green integrated solutions becoming the core competitiveness.

Shacman will also participate in the 2026 China Commercial Vehicle Forum to be held in Shiyan from March 26 to 28, where Wang Zhao, member of the Party Committee of Shacman Holding, will deliver a speech, focusing on the industry’s transformation from traditional vehicles to new energy, intelligent connectivity and driverless technology, and discussing development opportunities with other leading commercial vehicle enterprises. With 17 overseas KD assembly bases and over 360 service outlets, Shacman provides localized support for global customers. “Shacman’s new product launch and overseas ecological layout reflect our commitment to electric transformation and global development,” said a Shacman spokesperson. “We will continue to provide high-quality solutions for global customers.”
