A highlight of 2025 is Shacman’s regional dominance, starting with Saudi Arabia where sales soared over 60% year-on-year. The December launch of the next-gen H3000S Desert-Pro Series, tailored for 50°C+ temperatures and shifting sands, drew 400+ local partners and secured bulk orders . Equipped with high-efficiency M10/WP12H engines, the 4×2 tractors and 6×4 dump trucks achieve 25–28 L/100km fuel efficiency (2–3 L lower than competitors) and 100% local spare parts availability, minimizing customer costs . Meanwhile, Latin America saw major expansion: a 1,000-truck deal in Mexico for Euro VI-compliant X3000 and F3000 models, plus a new SKD assembly plant in Puebla (in partnership with Sesé) targeting 4,000 annual units by 2028 . The plant will produce customized cargo trucks like the H3000—with a 340hp Cummins L9 engine and flexible chassis—meeting regional logistics needs .

Innovation took center stage with the global’s first mass-produced L4 autonomous new energy truck, the X5000E . Designed for bulk commodity transport, it features 360° sensor fusion (LiDAR + radar + cameras) and dual redundancy systems, reducing labor costs by 83% and energy consumption by 10% annually . Field-proven in cross-border logistics at Guangxi’s Pingxiang Port, it also supports intelligent platooning, cutting operational costs by an extra 20% . New energy momentum continued with the Zenith electric tractor: a $68 million deal to supply 520 units to Thailand’s Kasikorn Logistics, offering 350km range and 800V high-voltage platform . For Europe, Shacman debuted the IEV7 electric van at Hannover Commercial Vehicle Show, meeting ECE R100.3 standards and securing 180 pre-orders for urban delivery .

Sustainability and connectivity remain key pillars. Shacman’s new energy sales surged 251.6% to 22,000 units, while natural gas truck sales hit 34,000 units (+18.2% YoY) . Its smart fleet management system, integrated across models, provides real-time battery monitoring, route optimization, and predictive maintenance—critical as the global connected truck market grows . Complemented by 330 global service stations (24 in Latin America) and 2-hour response times in key markets, Shacman ensures reliability .

From the X3000 cargo truck (powered by Cummins ISM engines, achieving 36.5 L/100km in cross-border operations ) to the Vietnam market expansion and European entry, Shacman’s 2025 journey demonstrates its commitment to “local-for-local” solutions. With a 2030 goal of deploying 100,000 electric commercial vehicles worldwide , the brand continues to redefine heavy-duty transport—marrying efficiency, compliance, and innovation for global customers.
