Shacman Targets 100k Sales with X6000 Flagship & G6000E NEV at 2026 Conference

Shacman unveiled ambitious 2026 goals at its “Transform, Restructure, Innovate” business conference in Xi’an on December 10, aiming for 100,000 domestic commercial vehicle sales—with new energy vehicles (NEVs) accounting for 40% . The announcement comes as China’s heavy-truck market shifts toward high-value, low-emission models, with Shacman’s 2025 performance (195,000 total sales, +16.7% YoY) laying a strong foundation . The event highlighted two flagship products and a digital service platform to drive its “14th Five-Year” value transformation.

X6000 Flagship Redefines Premium Segment

The X6000 Ultra Flagship made its debut as Shacman’s most advanced model to date, blending traditional and new energy capabilities across fuel and gas variants . Key upgrades include:

  • Power Leadership: 840HP diesel engine (industry’s most powerful) and 720HP Cummins 16L gas engine, paired with dual powertrain systems (Weichai Golden Power and Cummins Xiaoxiang Power) .
  • Intelligent Experience: L2+ driver assistance with lidar integration, voice-controlled “Rest Mode,” and predictive maintenance alerts via a domain-controlled architecture .
  • Practical Design: 750L+750L dual gas cylinders and repositioned lithium battery to optimize vehicle length, critical for logistics efficiency .

“This isn’t an upgrade—it’s a reinvention of premium heavy trucks,” said Yuan Hongming, Shacman’s chairman, noting the model targets daily cargo, hazardous materials, and express delivery sectors.

G6000E NEV Breaks “Oil-to-Electric” Mold

Developed exclusively for electrification, the G6000E integrated NEV (co-created with CIMC Vehicles) focuses on long-haul logistics with breakthrough efficiency :

  • Energy Innovation: 600kWh battery capacity, 260kW dual e-axle drive, and 1.1kWh/km energy consumption—15% lower than industry averages .
  • Lightweight Engineering: Composite suspension and integrated components reduce curb weight to 11.1 tons, maximizing payload .
  • Safety Integration: Separated high/low voltage systems and head-trailer synchronized braking/energy recovery, a first for Chinese NEV heavy trucks .

Shacman’s 2025 NEV sales (25,000 units) already position it for the 40,000-unit 2026 target, with the G6000E leading mid-to-long-haul expansion.

Industrial Collaboration & Digital Platform

The conference emphasized supply chain synergy, following Shacman’s November 26 strategic agreement with Wanliyang Group to co-develop diversified powertrains . “We practice ‘co-design, co-validation, co-innovation’ to build resilient industrial chains,” Yuan added.

A new RongeXing Digital Service Platform also launched, offering real-time fleet monitoring, online maintenance booking, and integrated energy solutions . “This shifts us from vehicle seller to lifecycle service provider,” explained a marketing executive, aligning with China’s trend toward service-centric logistics.

Industry Alignment & 2030 Vision

Shacman’s strategy mirrors market demands: 2025 saw its natural gas truck sales hit 31,000 units and cargo truck sales reach 14,000 units , reflecting segment growth . Looking to 2030, the brand aims for top-three industry status, with full autonomous driving commercialization and “fuel-saving, gas-saving, electricity-saving” leadership .

“Our 2026 goals aren’t just about numbers—they’re about leading the market’s value shift,” Yuan stated. With 88,000 2025 domestic sales (+60% YoY), Shacman’s focus on innovation positions it for sustained growth.
