XI’AN, China — Oct. 21, 2025 — SHACMAN today announced its 2025 domestic sales objective of 80,000 heavy-duty units, a 14% increase year-on-year that would lift the company’s market share by 1.5 percentage points and consolidate its position among the top-three manufacturers in China.
Break-down of the 80k target
- Tractor: maintain single-plant No. 2 ranking
- Dump: exceed 50,000 units, industry’s only brand above this line
- New-energy (battery + fuel-cell): 20,000 units, equal to 25% of SHACMAN’s own volume and 14% share of the national NEV-truck segment
- General-cargo: 12,000 units, five consecutive years of double-digit growth
Mr. Yuan Hong-min, General Manager of SHACMAN Sales Company, said during the autumn business conference, “The target is supported by 472 new model codes we will launch in 2025, covering diesel, natural gas, battery, hydrogen and hybrid power-trains. Together with 1,600 dealers and 12,000 service points nationwide, we are confident of adding 1.5 ppt of share in a flat-TAM market.”
Product highlights already on the road
- Delong X6000 16-litre CNG tractor, 720 hp, 50% thermal efficiency, gas consumption 3% lower than competing 13-litre models
- M5000 lightweight cargo range, 480 hp WP13NG engine, curb weight 298 kg less, 29.5 kg/100 km gas use
- X5000-S 15NG dump truck, 530 hp, 2,500 N·m torque, annual fuel-cost saving USD 2,100 vs diesel
Green logistics push
SHACMAN’s new-energy family now totals 3,009 certified model codes, the widest NEV portfolio in China. The company will add 200 battery-swap stations along the Beijing-HK corridor in 2025, enabling 5-minute battery exchange and 24-hour non-stop operation.
Industry outlook
China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) forecasts 2025 domestic heavy-duty demand at 1.05 million units, flat versus 2024. SHACMAN’s planned 14% growth therefore implies significant share gain, driven mainly by high-horsepower natural-gas trucks and battery-electric logistics tractors.

All 2025 models come with a 36-month / 300,000-km warranty and SHACMAN’s “Cloud Service” platform, which predicts failures and schedules maintenance through over-the-air diagnostics.
