Equipped with the Xi’an Cummins M15 engine featuring two-stage turbocharging and 2500bar common rail injection, the model delivers exceptional performance in plateau and Gobi regions—controlling power loss within 8% at altitudes above 3,000 meters and extending tire life by 30% on gravel roads.
The 15L engine achieves 12% lower fuel consumption than National VI standards, setting a record of 28.7L/100km in long-haul tests from Yinchuan to Urumqi. Its L2+ advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), integrating 15 functions including adaptive cruise and 360° surround view, reduces driver fatigue by 40%. 30 Electric Sanitation Trucks Win Uzbekistan Government Bid
Shacman Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. recently won a tender to supply 30 Zhiyun S500 electric compression garbage trucks to Uzbekistan, marking China’s largest overseas government order in the environmental sanitation equipment sector in 2025. The model adopts China’s innovative integrated electric drive axle technology, offering a 320km full-load cruising range and ultra-low energy consumption.
Tailored to local municipal needs, the Zhiyun S500 features easy operation and reliable performance, aligning with Uzbekistan’s urban green development goals. “This bid win demonstrates Shacman’s strength in new energy municipal solutions,” said an overseas sales director. “We will deepen our layout in ‘Belt and Road’ markets through scenario-specific customization.”
Supply Chain Synergy Supports Global High-End & Green Strategy
Shacman’s dual breakthroughs are underpinned by its supply chain ecosystem. At the December 23 2026 Supply Chain Partners Conference, the brand emphasized its “Four Together” philosophy (joint design, verification, research, development), with over 60% of 39 key projects focusing on new energy and new materials. This synergy drives green growth: 2025 NEV sales surged 251.6% YoY to 22,000 units, while natural gas truck sales exceeded 34,000 units (+18.2% YoY).
